Belted Galloway cattle produce an amazing meat. It is tender, flavorful, and a very healthy protein. Our cattle are grass fed & finished. They are rotationally grazed in the summer into early fall, then they are fed high quality hay we roll out on pastures throughout the winter months. Our cattle are all handled in a humane and low stress fashion. Belted Galloway beef finished on grass has been tested and shows an immensely low saturated fat content, very low cholesterol and a higher amount of protein.
